Elia Rowe currently ships within the United States.

Shipping is free for U.S. orders. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after your order is accepted. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details to the email used at checkout. Orders may arrive in separate parcels when items ship separately.

If an item is delayed, unavailable, lost in transit, damaged, or cannot be fulfilled, contact support@eliarowe.com with your order number. We will review the order and provide the appropriate next steps, including a replacement, refund, or cancellation where applicable.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a correction. We may not be able to update an address after an order enters fulfillment.
